National Ambulance Service - AED Registration Form
This form is used to register an AED (Defibrillator) with the HSE National Ambulance Service.
Once your AED is registered our Emergency Call Takers may notify people about it's location in the event of it being identified as being nearby during an appropriate 999 / 112 call.
Please note your AED is not registered until we have confirmed - please allow at least 5 weeks for this to take place. Applications are processed weekly and the updates are then carried out within 4 weeks.
Once you have reached the submission screen it has been submitted.
All fields marked with an "*" must be completed.
This form is not for submission of personal information.
Queries can be directed to cfr@hse.ie
If querying a registration please allow the above before contacting us to verify.

We sometimes have queries from people regarding defibrillators in an area - e.g. social care groups, sports groups, etc or those developing maps or applications. We will only supply the AED Location (including Eircode), landmarks / description, its availability (hours / locked or unlocked, etc) and the access code (if any).
